PMI EMEA Congress 2019

This session will address how dynamic governance for portfolio/programme/project governance, while still applying agile at the projects level, is introducing sociocratic values and principles, including practical methods that participants can use right away in their organisations. Dynamic governance is all-inclusive by enabling governance from the top and the bottom as an approach that enables leadership and creativity to emerge in a way that is simultaneously planned and emergent, making the organisation highly adaptive to business changes.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) compare and adapt PMI governance principles, agile, and dynamic governance principles for their organisational portfolio/programme/project governance;
(2) practice and integrate methods such as discussion rounds, consent decision making, and consent elections in their work.
