Need help in applying an agile Scrum process above the small-team, subproject level? The attributes of the project, programme and portfolio governance space described in PMI standards provides a framework with which to apply an agile Scrum process across all levels of an organisation’s management structure. Come learn about creating hybrid agile and waterfall approaches that meet the requirements of agile small-team execution while providing governance structures for senior-level management needs.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
